Today were going to speak on intussusception.  Key points: triad of abdominal pain, vomiting, and currant jelly stool.  Bilious vomiting is a surgical condition until proven otherwise. Ultrasound is the first test which should be ordered. Contrast enema is diagnostic and therapeutic.
