-Risk factors: Secondary amenorrhea, smoking, glucocorticoids
-All women over 65 screened with DEXA
-T score >-2.5 = osteoporosis
-Everyone gets Calcium/Vitamin D
-First line treatment is Bisphopshonate Therapy
